Who You Are:

Do you love creating inbound marketing campaigns that support overall marketing strategies leading to clients’ growth? Part strategist and part hands-on HubSpot guru, you will leverage inbound marketing methodologies and best practices to ideate and develop monthly campaigns that continue to move the needle for our clients. You think outside of the box and understand that inbound methodologies can easily translate from external marketing activation to internal communications activation.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Plan, develop and execute digital marketing programs and campaigns using inbound and content marketing methodologies
  • Set KPIs and SMART goals that align with client’s business and marketing objectives
  • Provide insight and recommendations to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Use HubSpot to build, deploy and monitor marketing programs, such as engagement and nurture campaigns, trigger and batch email campaigns, and
    webinars
  • Work with brand management and creative teams to build out monthly content calendars that align with marketing goals
  • Build out campaigns, automated work flows, emails, blog posts, landing pages, content offers (white papers, e-Books, etc) and social media posts in HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Support client sales team with CRM and Sales Hub management
  • Onboard new clients with CRM setup, integration and/or imports
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize campaigns, blogs and websites
  • Implement inbound marketing best practices and ensure proper end-to-end testing of programs prior to launch
  • Establish and deliver inbound reporting, dashboards, and analysis on program performance, conversions, attribution, and effectiveness

 

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing)
  • Strong Digital Marketing background with 2+ years of inbound or content marketing strategy
  • Proven track record of HubSpot campaigns delivering strong ROI
  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and CRM
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices
  • Demonstrated experience defining and adjusting digital marketing plans and/or strategies based on analytic results
  • Familiarity with the following is a plus: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Spyfu, SimilarWeb, MOZ or AdWords
  • Experience with on-page and off-page SEO
  • Creative, open-minded and enthusiastic about seeking new solutions to challenges
  • Comfortable multi-tasking and eager to take on more projects
  • Experience working with B2B sales organizations as it relates to successfully executing campaigns, gaining stakeholder alignment and gathering feedback
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data analysis
